What you will need

2 cups almond Flour

100g butter (softened so at room temp, not melted)

½ teaspoon Gluten Free Baking Powder

1 Egg

Tablespoon Vanilla Paste

¼ – ½ cup of rapadura sugar ( coconut sugar or maple syrup can also be used)

Good quality organic dark chocolate
What to do:

Method

In a bowl mix the Almond Flour and GF Baking Powder, add in the soft butter and mix together with your fingers to form dough.

Add in the rapadura sugar, egg and vanilla paste and mix through with a fork. Break up some good quality chocolate and mix in.

Roll into balls and flatten slightly as they will thin out whilst in the oven.

Place on a greased baking tray and add to the oven at 165 for approx. 15-20 minutes. Once golden on top and the kitchen smells amazing they will be done!!
