How do we help

Our plans are designed and tailored to each individual child looking back throughout pregnancy, their birth, health history, first foods, medications and so on gives us knowledge and a background we need to identify the root cause of current health issues. Rather than treating the symptoms topically or with medication we work alongside to help you understand how the body works and what it is trying to tell you through its symptoms.

Once we can establish the cause of current health issues we coach you through 3 different steps.

Step 1

CLEAN THE DIET and remove any potentially inflammatory foods or lifestyle factors. This gives the body a chance to ‘breathe’ and rebalance, reducing any inflammation within the body helping us to see clearly any health issues.

Step 2

HEAL THE GUT with real foods and natural supplements creating an environment within the gut for good bacteria to thrive. We teach you how gut health plays a vital role in nearly all eczemas, asthmas, hay fevers and chronic conditions. We advice you on natural ways to help heal the body from the inside out, boosting the immune system and making your body stronger.

Step 3

CREATING BALANCE within the body by reintroducing foods one at a time to create a healthy, varied and balanced diet and lifestyle

By looking at the body holistically we hope to rebalance and naturally nourish the body to heal itself from the inside out. We realise how important it is to address every aspect, from food, lifestyle factors to stress within the body and so on, your child’s health has never been more important.
